Barbeque Nation Hospitality IPO is open for subscription from 24th to 26th March 2021. Barbeque Nation Hospitality incorporated in 2006 in Dombivli near Mumbai (Maharashtra), is one of the leading casual dining restaurant chains in India. The company opened its first outlet as Barbeque Nation in 2008 and acquired 5 barbeque nation restaurants owned by its promoter SHL in 2012. It has grown from a single restaurant in 2008 to 145 restaurants in 2019. As of 30th November 2019, the company operated 138 barbeque restaurants in 73 cities in India and 7 international barbeques in 3 foreign countries. 

The company believes through its offerings including the nature and quality of the food, ambience, and service in their restaurants, it is being able to create a one of its kind experience for its customers. 
The IPO size is approx 90 lakh equity shares at a price band of Rs.498 to Rs.500 per equity share. The total issue size is Rs.452.87 crores out of which Rs.180 crores is from the fresh issue and the remaining Rs. 272.87 crores is from an offer for sale. The minimum shares which should be applied for are 30 and the maximum is 390. The shares for barbeque nation will be listed on 07th April 2021.
