ICICI Prudential Housing Opportunities Fund is a new fund offer from ICICI Prudential Mutual funds. The NFO is open for subscription from the 28th of February till the 11th of April 2022. This is a thematic fund and will invest its assets in companies related to the housing theme. Such companies could be real estate developers, housing finance companies including banks, and other industries catering to the housing sector. Such industries include, but are not limited to, cement, consumer electronics, paints, steel, home appliances, sanitary ware, etc. 

ICICI Prudential Housing Opportunities Fund will aim to invest in companies of industries that are a part of the Nifty Housing Index. Some of the top constituents of the Nifty Housing Index include Larsen & Toubro, Asian Paints, HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank.
