The profit after tax for MTAR is more than Rs. 28 crore for the previous year. The price band for the MTAR IPO is fixed at Rs. 574-Rs.575. The issue size is for a total of 1.03 crore shares with a total value of approximately Rs. 600 crores. The issue is expected to be oversubscribed.
