In the SBI Multicap Fund NFO video we had briefly discussed the Mitra SIP product from SBI Mutual Funds. Mitra SIP is a combination of disciplined investments and redemptions in the form of SIP & SWP. 

An investor choosing this product can invest for a period of 8, 10, 12 or 15 years. Post this the funds are switched to a selected target fund. The redemptions start from the selected target fund immediately after completion of the SIP period. The redemption amounts are 1x, 1.5X, 2X & 3X, depending on the selected investment period respectively.
