AAIM is founded by Kuleen Tanna - a Chartered Accountant & an MBA from London Business School. He has over 2 decades of experience in Indian equities, and has spent 11 years at Fidelity International before founding AAIM. AAIM manages a concentrated portfolio that is built completely bottom-up and is market-cap and benchmark agnostic. AAIM typically invests with a 3 year+ horizon. AAIM has a seven-member strong investment team with combined work experience of ~100 years. Kuleen is a Chartered Accountant and MBA from London Business School with 20 years of experience in equity markets. He has worked with organizations like EY, Morgan Stanley, JM Financial & Fidelity International (FIL). His last role was with FIL, where he initially joined as an Investment Analyst in 2011 and was then an Analyst & Portfolio Manager from Jan 2020 until he left in the middle of 2022 to found Aionios Alpha Investment Management.
