He spent 15 years inside India's wealth management industry - long enough to understand exactly what was broken. While building Paisabazaar, he watched millions of Indians gain access to investment products for the first time. But access wasn't the problem. The advice infrastructure serving them was fragmented, under-resourced, and built for a different era. Investors were getting platforms — not guidance. Transactions — not wealth creation. In 2019, he founded ZFunds to solve this gap.

In his career span he has held key roles in organizations like Policybazaar Group, IIFL, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and ASK Wealth Advisors.

After spending 8 years working with unicorns like Zomato and Policybazaar and early stage startups like Healthkart, Vidhi knows what truly drives customers to a product— it's not dishing out the top trends of the week. It's how well you connect and understand the users you're trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them. Vidhi was a part of the initial investments team at Paisabazaar and had a pivotal role in taking the platform to number 2 in the country at the time.

A B.Tech graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, she is passionate about promoting financial literacy, and using technology as a force multiplier for social and economic change.
