How we Pick Funds
Every recommendation starts with the full universe of eligible funds and narrows through a fixed four-step process. Funds are scored 0–10 on seven parameters relative to their category peers. The same process runs for every proposal.

Each fund scored 0–10 against its category peers. A weighted average becomes its overall score.

Matched to your risk profile. Overlap between funds kept under 35%. No more than two funds from the same AMC.
How We Evaluate Funds
How much the fund has beaten its index over 3 and 5 years.
Whether the stocks it owns are fairly priced or overstretched.
How much it rises in up markets vs how much it falls in down markets.
How much of the portfolio sits in its top 10 stocks.
Return earned for the risk taken — smoother returns score higher.
How often the fund has beaten its benchmark over the last 5 years.
How much the fund's value swings day-to-day.
Reading The Scores
Scores are peer-relative within each category — a 7.5 in Small Cap isn't directly comparable to a 7.5 in Large Cap.
