ZFUNDS covenants that as a AMFI registered distributor it strictly adheres to and complies with the Code of Conduct for Distributors (“Code of Conduct”) and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and SEBI Circular bearing No. SEBI/IMD/CIR/No. 4/168230/09 dated June 30, 2009, discloses to you and all other investors availing the Services, that it receives commissions from the AMCs it partners with. Please note that in the event you have been introduced by a referral partner, your transactions shall be considered "Execution Only" These referral partners are not licensed or authorized to sell products on behalf of ZFunds and may not hold a valid ARN/EUIN at the time of the referral. Therefore, ZFunds will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm that you may experience as a result of actions or advice provided by these referral partners. It is important that you make informed decisions based on your own judgment.
