The company commence the business of share broking on corporatization of Mumbai Stock Exchange Membership Card of KRC&CO. Partnership firm, which started share broking in 1979. Kisan R. Choksey and his family, which includes Ramesh R. Choksey and their family members, own the Company. The Company is the Corporate Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). 

With over 20 years of experience in the Capital Markets, Vaishali Pitale has been managing funds at KRChoksey PMS for past 6 years.
