MOAT Financial Services Pvt Ltd. is a SEBI Registered boutique portfolio manager. The Company was co-founded by Mr. Biju John who have combined experience of over several years in fund management. Moat is an investment lifestyle, a superlative perspective on creating wealth through ownership in quality and productive businesses in the world’s fastest growing economy. Moat administers and manage a portfolio of shares or equities of a few  great Indian businesses that has the ability to become really big by creating a barrier of entry or a niche in the larger space. Our aim is to identify small, efficient businesses that has a great competitive advantage run by smart visionary ambitious leaders that can really become the next megatrend in India. Our goal is to identify and invest at the early stages of undervalued, un-popular companies, that over time due to their uniqueness, greatness and scarcity of shares has the potential to get over-valued and popular. MOAT has a history of identifying several multi-baggers investment ideas early. Every equity investment that we make is viewed as if we were buying a piece of that particular business.

Mr. Biju has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, with expertise in equity research, portfolio management, and investment advisory services. At  Financial Services Pvt Ltd, he leads the design and execution of investment strategies focused on delivering sustainable, risk-adjusted returns. Known for his disciplined and structured approach, he combines rigorous research with robust risk management to help clients achieve their long-term investment goals.

Biju John

Koushik has been tracking the Indian equity market and his quest to understand capital markets led him to start investing since 2014. Prior to joining Moat Financial Services, he worked at Northern Trust, a Chicago headquartered custodian bank which manages $1.07 trillion globally. During his tenure with the company, he was part of the Northern Trust EMEA OTC Derivatives team and worked on swaps.   Koushik has also worked in an audit firm which helped him understand the ins and outs of the financial universe.   While pursuing his Masters degree (MBA), Koushik was part of the equity research team of Finology, an investment advisor managing around INR 100 million at the time. He also worked with major broker firms as a sell-side research analyst.    Koushik holds an MBA degree from the National Institute of Securities Markets (SEBI) and a B-com degree from Jain University.

Koushik Mohan

Mr. Ramakrishnan T.B., commonly called Ramki, is a registered Research Analyst with SEBI and holds a Post Graduate Program in Portfolio Management from NISM. He was a Cochin Stock Exchange member and a governing board member during 1998-2000 and ex-Treasurer during 1998-1999. He was the Regional Head of Sharekhan (2002-2006). With over 32 years of experience in financial markets, Mr. Ramki plays a key role in organizing various investor awareness programs in Kerala and other states. He actively participates as a speaker in investment awareness initiatives organized by NSE, BSE, MCX, NSDL, CDSL, and SEBI. He is also a frequent panellist in public media discussions related to Financial Markets. Since May 2023, Mr. Ramki has conducted numerous investor awareness programs throughout Kerala, focusing on &quot;AI and its impact on the stock market.&quot; His profound knowledge and extensive experience in stock market analysis greatly enrich these seminars with valuable insights. In addition to his speaking engagements, Mr. Ramki regularly contributes articles to publications such as &quot;Sampadyam&quot; by Malayala Manorama, &quot;Dhanam&quot; Magazines, and &quot;Business Deepika.&quot; These contributions aim to keep the investing public informed about the Financial and Commodity Markets.

Ramakrishnan TB

Mr. Sudheesh M has over a decade of experience in the field of corporate finance, accounts, and audit. He started his career with a reputed Chartered Accountant in 2006 in Cochin. Taxation, corporate audit, and accounting are his specializations. He has been working with Moat Financial Services since 2013 and is currently in the Finance and Compliance office. Sudheesh is a commerce graduate and is on the path to becoming a Chartered Accountant
