Backing leadership qualities before they're priced in.
ICICI Pru Growth Leaders is ICICI Prudential Alternates' Multi/Flexicap AIF strategy. Unlike boutique, founder led managers, it operates within a large, institutionally backed AMC with a long operating history in Indian asset management. It is based on the belief that long term returns can be generated by identifying companies with leadership qualities, scalable business models and healthy growth prospects across market capitalisations, while considering reasonable valuations as part of the framework.
A blend of Value and Growth, not just one style
The Core and Satellite structure combines Value and Growth investment styles within a single portfolio, rather than committing to one style for the full mandate.
Resilience identified top down, stocks picked bottom up
Sectors and businesses are first screened top down for resilience and the potential to grow market share and earnings, then selected bottom up, rather than starting from a stock screen alone.
Built to move across market segments as conditions shift
The multi cap approach is designed specifically to let the portfolio move between market segments without being constrained by a fixed cap allocation, adapting as market conditions change.
